I am wondering how many of our members arrange their socks in nice tidy little bundles? Do you have a preference for coloured, snazzy, or plain socks? Do you have neat and folded tee-shirts in your dressing table drawers, and a colour orienated wardrobe? How organised are you? Are you organised?



Thought.. stressed is dessert spelt backwards, and if you look at stress that way then it has potential to always bring a smile to your face :)

One troll towed putrid dogs. Umpteen obese Macintoshes grew up, yet two putrid poisons tickled umpteen silly dogs. Two angst-ridden wart hogs auctioned off their class, even though bourgeois fountains partly annoyingly bought two purple dogs.



The putrid poisons tastes two trailers. One quixotic lampstand fights the bourgeois subway, yet she laughed, then one putrid ticket mostly drunkenly perused the angst-ridden wart hogs, although two quixotic trailers towed the aardvark, and five purple trailers tickled two cats, yet five Jabberwockies comfortably towed trolls, however two very obese poisons auctioned off the pawnbroker, and purple bureau partly quickly telephoned five pawnbrokers. Phew! *breathes*

Busy day today! Church, then Gym! I can't wait until Steve trains me with my spanking new boxing gloves :) My other ones had worn thin a tad.. but these new ones are red, and when I wear them I see red! Boxing is a fabulous excerise as well as helping release tension, and man do I have a few old punch bags in front of me today! YAY! It's been a tough week, in more ways than one, so I will be happy to get that out of my system!



After gym, Sunday lunch at my sister-in-laws.. she is one heck of a good cook, so I am looking forward to that! Then, I can't forget my parents and sister.. I may hopefully get to do catchup with some friends this evening too :)

Today we had a local raft race on the coast, and I think the spectators were more soaked than the teams manning the home made rafts in the Atlantic Ocean! It was all good fun though, jazzed up with a half of Guinness at the harbour pub! Fun was had by all :)



Our friend John just got of hospital this morning after having a heart attack, so we were able to relax and enjoy the days craic :)

Why don't internet diaries come with dates of public holidays automatically inserted like their old fashioned paper partners? Today someone told me today it was a bank holiday on Monday and I was pretty much irritated about this as I have the whole day booked out to a Company who just decided to stay open for public trading. Bleh.

You know something? You do not deserve what you have and one day people will have the best laugh when, you, fall flat on your face. The reason why you don't deserve what you have, is because you are selfish, you make your employees work in ridiculous environments, you take short cuts which will.. eventually cause someone some harm along the way. You met the law.. but just about; by a very fine line. One day though it will come back and slap you on the face, and me...well I will be sure to be around then. * Gloating * In the meantime why don't you go fall into one of those holes you are digging. I think next year is the time for me to visit the Australias. I know, I have been in Brisbane and surrounding areas before, but I am keen to explore the country in depth. I would love to go diving near the great barrier reef, and visit Ayer's Rock. Visit New Zealand also. Name it a calling.. but I know I just have to get there. Funny that.



My travels this year start in about two weeks. We are off for our wedding anniversary to Kildare and Dublin for a few days. Then, in early July.. I go back to my sister's villa in Tunisia for a two week fry in the sun :) It is a fantastic place to just chill... being a Muslim state, there isn't much to spend your money on.. but the chill factor gets a 10. I feel the warmth of the Mediterrean Sea lap over me already :)

Some Irish people have gone kinda nuts too! We have President Obama visiting on Monday to see his family's old homestead and a local resident even painted the star n' stripes on his front door! And the village has an Obama Cafe too. Heh, maybe he will stop in for a bowl of Irish stew! Anyway here is the news item from Sky.



His trip to the Emerald Isle on Monday is being seen as a boost to the country amid all its economic woes, but it is also a chance for the US President to look up some family.



As well as undertaking diplomatic engagements in Dublin he is expected to travel to Moneygall in County Offaly, which prides itself as being an ancestral home of the 49-year-old.



The President's great-great-great-grandfather Falmouth Kearney was a shoemaker and lived in the rural village.



There's no doubt Americans love to have an Irish connection, and the Irish are loving this particular link-up too.



Local church records detail President Obama's family ties to Moneygall.



Records show that Mr Obama's great-great-great grandfather was born in Ireland in 1831 and left for America in 1850.



When the ancestral link was first revealed four years ago, the news was met with initial scepticism.



But the villagers shrugged off the jokes and are now about to reap the rewards of a presidential visit.



Moneygall resident Henry Healy has traced a family connection and is an eighth cousin to Mr Obama.



Mr Healy said: "It's always been surreal but now again it is becoming more and more of a reality.



"On the day he walks down the pavements of this village hopefully I will get to shake his hand and it will definitely be very real that day."



The entire village has received a fresh coat of paint, with one resident going as far as to paint the American flag on the front of his home.



The pavements have also been replaced and fresh flowers are being planted in doorways.



Moneygall school principal Eugene Ryan said: "This connection was found out in 2007 and it has been brilliant for the whole community.



"I think it has resurrected the kind of parish and community spirit that may be was always there but maybe was dormant for a while."



A bust of Mr Obama already sits proudly on the bar of the village pub and pictures have adorned their walls since he was elected into office.



Pub owner Majella Hayes said he can be sure of a warm welcome when he stops off for a tour during his short stay in Ireland.



She said: "There's absolutely great excitement, it's a kind of a feeling of something unreal happening because we just never imagined this would happen in anyone's lifetime and it's a huge thing.



"And as we say here we are living history at the moment and it's brilliant."



President Obama has put Moneygall on the map and the villagers are putting him on t-shirts, which are for sale on the main street.



Some have a picture of the president holding a pint of Guinness, one simply says: "What's the craic Barack?"



This visit is not only about celebrating a seemingly unlikely family history, but it's also about giving a rural village and a country a much needed boost.

Hahah! You just got to love Americans! More rapture gems. This made me laugh my tush off this morning, when I realized very dissapointly I was still in human form, and not transported to paradise in heaven.

Who would of ever thought VR would of grown so huge over the years, and were community safety must be a growing concern and consideration for management. It would be nice to see a VR policy on safety, and community awareness... but I am sure that has already been thought of by Cancer, and under control :)

Really today, I came home from work and went straight to bed! I was exhausted, purely from driving so much.. I think. I remember whilst driving today that my eyes were rolling backwards with tiredness and I had to shake myself awake. All scarey stuff, I can tell you!



I don't know whats got over me lately.. it seems I weep at the drop of a hat, and I fall asleep in the oddest of places. Once it nearly happened during a client audit!



I am looking at nutrition, excerise and doing all the right things... it just seems I get sleepier and sleepier. God, I hope noone gives me a spinning machine or I may fall asleep for a hundred years!

Rape is a cruel, brutal and degrading crime.. and one were I believe Sharia Law would be apt as a punishment. An eye for an eye, a dick for a rape. Every man that rapes a woman should have his dick cut off.



Law enforcement wouldn't hold a man of such high office and withold bail for the alleged rape of a hotel maid, unless they did have something major on him. When convicted I hope the bastard swings, or gets life for his scum crime.

Considering the last entry was a popular subject I will dedicate this entry to cyber bullying also. What is key to remember is two things..

1. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS HOW A BULLIED PERSON FEELS.



and



2. Cyber Bullying is ILLEGAL



So, since we are talking about hurt feelings, lets look at how a bullied person feels



* ANGRY - Venting this anger against family, friends or pets



* ANXIOUS - Worried about going out or to college



* DEPRESSED - Feeling that no-one cares



* SICK - Headaches, pains and aches



* SHY - Lacking in confidence in himself or herself



* UPSET SLEEP - Disturbed or crying out



* VULNERABLE - Constantly expecting an attack



Are you recognizing any of the above? Well, lets look at cyber bullying and see just what you can do about it.



CYBER BULLYING



Cyber bullying using any kind of new technology such as the internet or mobile phone, using websites, blogs, social networking sites, chat rooms and email.



Cyber bullying is illegal and if you are being bullied you should keep a diary of dates and times when it happens, and also keep any messages you have been sent, or journal, blog entries etc, as these can be used to help trace and prosecute those doing it. Emails also containg special information known as email headers which can be used to trace the cyber bully.



You can try to avoid it by:



* Setting up a new email address

* Getting a new SIM card

* Not giving your email address or phone number to anyone you don't trust

* Not making public your email address on the internet

* Not putting personal details on public areas such as blogs, websites

* Not putting photos on the web - these can be saved and manipulated



Lastly, there is lots of advice and information about dealing with bullying wherever it happens from helplines and websites. Here is a few for further reading..

It is a form of abuse perpetrated by people who have damaging intentions against others, demonstrated often in hidden ways, or words and by people who consider themselves superior in some kind of way.



Everyday we see some form of bullying and harrassment here on Vampire Rave, should it be the admins being harrassed, or vice versa.



Know, that you don't have to put up with harrassement anymore even on the internet, and there are recourses that you can follow if remediation fails locally which includes advice from the british government at :-

Hubby is away with the photography society today, so in his absence I get to cook what I have been yearning for ages for lunch today..



I made tobacco onions with a creamy pepper sauce, a tender chicken breast and I had one of those very special new season jacket potatoes from Cyprus. Yum! I loved every bite!



Guess, I was hungry after doing a spin session down at the gym..it is my first spinning session since my injury, and I am happy to be back at it again :) Cross fingers I will not be ouchy tomorrow!



Thinking.. it is odd how when people get a little power, that they change personality when they were selected for how they portrayed their personality as a person in the first place. Power tripping can turn people into ugly characters, and only shows the observer, immaturity and that they can't handle it. Lord Sugar, would kick your ass!



Images in Words is a good virtual example, of how to promote good management, and it is probably the reason why she is the only Regent on the site at the moment.



Well.. that was off on a tangent. End of thought train!



My Dad is good craic during football finals, so I may go down and watch the footy ball with him this afternoon :)

We have decided to go off to Dublin for our wedding anniversary this June. I know what that means, heh! and the shops are open late on Thursday night on the evening we arrive!



Decided against going on a cruise for our summer holidays this year, and going to take off to Paris or Rome instead for a week in September. Looking forward to that so much :) I hope it's Rome.. I am dying to see the Vatican City, and sail in a gondola in Venice. Is Sorrento in Italy? hmmm, so many places buzzing around in my mind with an Italian visit! And there again there is the wine region .... geez, I don't think a week will be enough there!



Found out today my sister is going over to her villa in Tunisia for the summer.. so I may get a two weeker stuck in there too between June and September heh, I LOVE the SUMMER .. America can wait for another year!

Seriously have no idea what happened to me yesterday but I know I slept all Friday night, and most of the day and night Saturday! I feel fabulous today, and even managed a hour in the gym doing mat excerises and aerobics this morning :) Funny that, how yesterday .. I felt really ill and here today, I am as bright as a button! funny ole world :) Thanks for your good wishes yesterday, they were much appreciated knowing that some people here cared :)

I guess life caught up with my health as I haven't been able to stay up out of bed today :( I feel poorly, my throat hurts.. Been sleeping most of the night and day, so at least I am getting some rest. Osama Bin Laden has been to visit me here though, and I thought he had been fed to the sharks!



On that note.. I would like to say, that I think people who are saying his killing was unlawful are wrong, because he was declared a legitimate target some time ago by the Americans.

As you also know... there is always one *know it all* in a group, and the class started to tease him saying he had no chance of failing now that the teacher had showed him the answers! hehe

Well.. since people are so fond of the four legged critters recently, here are two Irish ones from County Galway, Southern Ireland. :) I hope you enjoy them. I have been duped, and I am angry but more at myself than anyone else for believing in the silver coated tongue of a man trading in such a clandestine way. Let me tell you more...



He portrayed his glossy magazine as a place that all successful business woman advertised in. Oh, he did the complete package.. he dressed them up, they even applied the make-up and wrote the story for you.. and voila, there you are in all your glory portrayed in a glamourous magazine aimed for the successful business woman with a circulation of all over Northern Ireland.



Oh, Harry had me bought and successfully sold.. I had seen his magazine and would of liked a feature in it for my business. When he approached me, I was more than eager for a write up in his charming glossy magazine.



Well.. after he left my office holding the cheque with a cheesy grin on his face, it did not take long for me to realise what a fool I was. Tthe b'stard was trading of the ego of females!!! *insert full sick bag here*



I remember well it was late on a Friday afternoon, so I tried to contact Harry to cancel the order and get my payment back. No, such luck.. the phone was dead. The bank was closed.



I was away teaching on the Monday and Tuesday and by the time I got to the bank on Wednesday, guess what Harry had done? Yup... you got it, cashed the cheque.



Still, I am chasing the glossy magazine's editor for reimbursement of my monies considering I had cancelled the order in writing and by phone but to no avail... four weeks after



They have a Facebook page.. my fingers are doing a wobbler over the keyboard whenever I am there, and it's so hard to hold my tongue!



I think it is really sick how they can trade of the female ego, but like I said earlier I am cross at myself for not recognizing that sooner and being sucked in.

I have a big bag of childrens toys and I thought I would take them down to the Church as a donation for the summer fete today, and after drive down to Shane's Castle to see our team in action with the catering at todays event. Outdoors catering is a new thing for us, but I hear the girls enjoy it :)



Today is also the last day of the spring break and in a way I will be glad things will get back to a normal routine tomorrow. Julie will be in my office so I intend to go through all the training files with her as I am sure the Company will be having an external government audit soon. Gad, I hate those!



Looking forward to today, the sun is spilting the stones here, so it's time to get up and shine. Today is going to be wonderful! :)
